CC TECHNOLOGY - Role 1 - GURGAON - SA/ M ( Con/ S Con)
1) 2-5 years work experience with a leading Market Research Agency (Quantitative Research experience prefered over Qualitative) or Marketing/Strategy Consulting firm working on consumer brands. Work on consumer internet brands is a plus.
2) Strong MBA grad with a proven track record of academic+professional excellence
High level Requirement:
1) The client's Marketing mission is to know the user and product magic, and connect the 2 in magical ways. This role involves becoming the “user guru” of the client's B2C marketing team by developing a razor sharp understanding of internet users across India and how they are using the client's variuos available products
2) Be on top of all secondary research sources to have a sound understanding of consumer trends and competition
3) Work with market research agencies to conduct annual Quantitative Research for all key client's consumer products
4) Conduct (him/herself moderate interviews/groups) monthly Qual research to answer key consumer Qs facing Product Marketing Managers regarding existing product usage or new product launches
5) Conduct periodic Retail Audits of mobile stores to understand trends
6) Provide actionable marketing insights to Product Marketing Managers and product ideas to Product Managers
Qualitative Position
1) Get insights - Work independently
2) Moderation expertise
3) Involves a lot of travel – 80% - Tier 2 cities
Quantitative Position
1) Relevant methodologies- Identify it and pursue it (Advisor)
2) 4 -5 - APD/Manager
